Proposed Conditions of Approval <br /> Regrading of Lots 14, 15, 16, alld 57, Tract 5835 <br /> <br />1. That the regrading of Lots 14, 15, 16, and 57 of Tract 5835 <br /> shall conform substantially to the revised grading plans, <br /> Exhibit A (dated "Received March 23, 1989"), on file with the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all excess cut material generated from the proposed <br /> regrading of the four lots shall be exported to areas within <br /> the general vicinity of the site (e.g. the Beratlis, <br /> Hatsushi, and Amador Savings and Loan properties). The <br /> owners of Lots 14 and 15 shall submit a plan for the export <br /> of cut material which accommodates the off-hauling of dirt <br /> within the boundaries of the properties noted above. Said <br /> plan shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br /> Planning Director prior to any regrading on the lots. <br /> <br />3. That the owners of Lots 14 and 15 shall vegetate and maintain <br /> planting on the cut slope along the rear (north) side of the <br /> lots in order to minimize any adverse visual impacts <br /> resulting from the grading. Planting shall consist of trees, <br /> shrubs, and ground cover. A plan for the slope vegetation <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br /> Director prior to the granting of occupancy for the houses on <br /> the lots. <br /> <br />4. That any retaining walls installed as part of the regrading <br /> of the four subject lots shall meet the requirements of the <br /> improvement plans for Tract 5835, on file with the Public <br /> Works/Engineering Department. <br /> <br />SR:89:330 <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
