ROLL CALL showed present: Commissioners Abrott, Collier, <br />Hanifen and Nevis. A. Struthers, Jr. <br />ACTION ON COMMITNICATIONS: <br />Roy Jensen ~ E. Chance Commercial <br />Development Santa Rita Road <br />In regard to Bryan & Murphy~s request for a variance to Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 230, the Commission scheduled a Public Hearing on August 16th at <br />8:00 P.;~I. for the purpose of zoning all that portion of City limits <br />north of the Arroyo del Valle Creek and east of Santa Rita Road, common- <br />ly known as Pioneer Village, Roy Jensen Tract and Ritenour property. ',his <br />was advised by Attorney Struthers in his letter mentioned above. <br />bir. J. W. Henderson, of 355 Abbie Street, appeared before the Com- <br />mission to request a variance to the Zoning Ordinance for side-yard <br />setbacks and a Use Permit to move an existing building. Commission <br />agreed to look at the property prior to the meeting scheduled August <br />2nd. They also set the date of August 16th, at 8:00 P.}t, fora Public <br />Hearing on the matter. <br />The Zoning maps D[r. John Garibaldi prepared when he was on the Com- <br />mission were present' Commissioner Abrott will study the maps further. <br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, same <br />was adjourned at 9:10 P,`1. to meet again in regular adjourned session <br />August 2nd, at 8;00 P.2t. <br />Acti ' Secretary <br />
