PUNNING COMMiS3I0N OF THE CITY OF PLBASANTCN <br />CDDNTY GF ALAMBDA, STATE OF CALIF~tNIA <br />MINUTES <br />The meeting of the Planning Comrission was called to order at 5:00 <br />p.m. on Jamzary 17, 1957, Chairman Hewitson presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present - Co:®issioners Abrott, Hanifen, Nevis and <br />Hewitson. <br />Absent - Commissioner Wetherby <br />The minutes of December 20, 1956, were approved as forwarded. <br />Correspondence: Public hearing on Tentative Subdivision <br />Map of Tract #1859 was announced for January <br />31, 1957. <br />The County Planning Commission notices of <br />applications for sand and gravel pit opera- <br />tions by Rhoden ~ Jamieson, Ltd., and <br />California Rock and Gravel Compatyr Here <br />read. <br />Old Baainess: The Proposed Trailer Ordinance is to be forwarded <br />to the City Conneil, bearing the approval of the <br />Planning Commission as presented. The motion waa <br />made by Commissioner Abrott, seconded by Commissioner <br />Nevis and approved by all Gormmissionera preaenL. <br />New Business: Mr. Leslie Robertson presented a plot plan for a <br />tentative trailer park, which he snd his brother, <br />Hngh S. Robertson, wish to construct within the <br />City Limits of Pleasanton. The Commission discussed <br />the plan with Mr. Robertson and it was anggeated that <br />he first apply for a zoning variance, since the area <br />is now zoned residential. <br />Bill Rugg presented a suggested schedule of Planning <br />Conunisaioa meetings, which the Commission accepted. <br />Mr. James Trimingham requested the linter District be <br />given a copy of a~ water or sewer reports, or per- <br />tinent matter, which Harold Wiae Associates W <br />present to the Comdsaioa. <br />The Commission requested a letter be written to the <br />Council requesting notification on what action, if <br />aqT, the Council takes on their recommendations. <br />The meeting was adJourned at 9:40 p.m., to sect again on January <br />31, 1957, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall. <br /> <br />
