PUNNING COMMiS3I0N OF THE CITY OF PLBASANTCN CDDNTY GF ALAMBDA, STATE OF CALIF~tNIA MINUTES The meeting of the Planning Comrission was called to order at 5:00 p.m. on Jamzary 17, 1957, Chairman Hewitson presiding. Roll Call: Present - Co:®issioners Abrott, Hanifen, Nevis and Hewitson. Absent - Commissioner Wetherby The minutes of December 20, 1956, were approved as forwarded. Correspondence: Public hearing on Tentative Subdivision Map of Tract #1859 was announced for January 31, 1957. The County Planning Commission notices of applications for sand and gravel pit opera- tions by Rhoden ~ Jamieson, Ltd., and California Rock and Gravel Compatyr Here read. Old Baainess: The Proposed Trailer Ordinance is to be forwarded to the City Conneil, bearing the approval of the Planning Commission as presented. The motion waa made by Commissioner Abrott, seconded by Commissioner Nevis and approved by all Gormmissionera preaenL. New Business: Mr. Leslie Robertson presented a plot plan for a tentative trailer park, which he snd his brother, Hngh S. Robertson, wish to construct within the City Limits of Pleasanton. The Commission discussed the plan with Mr. Robertson and it was anggeated that he first apply for a zoning variance, since the area is now zoned residential. Bill Rugg presented a suggested schedule of Planning Conunisaioa meetings, which the Commission accepted. Mr. James Trimingham requested the linter District be given a copy of a~ water or sewer reports, or per- tinent matter, which Harold Wiae Associates W present to the Comdsaioa. The Commission requested a letter be written to the Council requesting notification on what action, if aqT, the Council takes on their recommendations. The meeting was adJourned at 9:40 p.m., to sect again on January 31, 1957, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall.
