New Business; Application of H.G.C. Company, 607-75th Avenue, Oakland, for <br />a Con itio Zoning Permit. <br />City Attorney Struthers explained that he felt that subdividers should <br />follow the requirements of the Interim Zoning Ordinance in order that there bs <br />no legal question raised concerning the acceptance or extension of time limits on <br />tentative maps. He stated this routine consideration was being required as a pre- <br />cautionary measure. <br />Resolution No. 21 <br />Introduced by Commissioner Wharton and seconded by Commissioner Hanifen, finding <br />that the conditions of the Interim Zoning Ordinance are met and granting the <br />Conditional Zoning Permit to M.G.C. Company for a period of 6-months for Tract <br />1832. The conditions on which tract 1832 was orginally approved be continued in <br />effect. Resolution No. 21 was adopted by the following vote: <br />AYESP Commissioners DeVor, Hanifen, Mitchell, Trowbridge, Wharton and <br />Wetherby. <br />NOES; Noneā€¢ <br />Mayor Cairo, representing the Citizen's Committee to determine the <br />government's intentions for the use of Camp Parks, was present: and reported on the <br />committee's purpose aril activities. Commissioner Wharton was appointed to serve <br />on this committee and to attend their meeting of Decemberl3th. Commissioner <br />Hanifen will act as alternate. <br />Consultant Bill Rugg presented a preliminary sketch map of the Master <br />Plan, discussing in general, terms the various land use aspects shown. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission the meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:25 P.M. to meet again on Thursday, December I9, at 8 P.M. at <br />City Hall. <br />-~ <br />Secretary <br />
