CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-217 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVINGREIMBURSEMENT <br /> AGREEMENTWITH HERiTAGE GARDENS JOINT <br /> VENTURE, TRACTS 5801 AND 5802 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the Reimbursement <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Heritage Gardens Joint Venture, regarding off-site <br /> improvements for Tracts 5801 and 5802, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 16, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr ~j~~ <br /> KEnNEtH ~.
