IN THE PL. .ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA - STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Minutes <br />October 7, 1959 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Pleasanton Planning Commission was called to order <br />at the City Hall on October 7, 1959, at 8 p.m. with Chairman Hanifen presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present - Commissioners Allison, Lozano, Mitchell, Chairman Hanifen <br />Absent - C~ mnissioner Landon <br />On motion of Commissioner Mitchell, Seconded by Commissioner Allison, approved by all Com- <br />missioners present, the minutes of the meeting September 17, 1959 were approved as submitted. <br />The amended application of Albert Villata for a Conditional Zoning Permit to construct a <br />single family dwelling, located at 220 Angela Street on a lot 70 by 80 feet, was considered. <br />Mr. Wilson was presen+ to represent Albert Villata and explained his proposal and sketch. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 75 set forth below was adopted on motion of Commissioner Mitchell, Seconded <br />by Commissioner Lozano and approved by the following vote. <br />Ayes - Allison, Lozano, Mitchell, Hanifen <br />Noes - None <br />RESOLUTION #75 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />Albert Villata <br />The application of Albert Villata to construct a single family dwelling, having been <br />filed on September 24, 1959, pursuant to Ordinance #293 of the Cite of Pleasanton and the <br />matter duly considered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of Ordinance No. <br />293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3) That the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a) Minimum front yard requirements of 20 feet, one side yard to be 5 feet, a total <br />of 12 feet for side yards, minimum back yard reeuirements of 25 feet; <br />b) Side walk to be constructed in front of house. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this resolution to <br />the applicant, City Administrator, Building Inspector and any other interested parties. <br />The application ~f Wanda Glaser for a Conditional Zoning Permit to construct a single <br />family dwelling in the rear of lot located at 397 Rose Ave. was considered. Mr. Turner <br />was present to represent Wanda Glaser and explain his proposal and sketch. RESOLUTION N0. <br />76 set forth below was adopted on motion of Commissioner Mitchell, Seconded by Commissioner <br />Lozano and approved by the following vote. <br />Ayes - Allison, Lozano, Mitchell, Hanifen <br />Noes - None <br />RESOLUTION #76 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />Wanda Glaser <br />The application of Wanda Glaser to construct a single family dwelling, having been <br />filed on October 1, 1959, pursuant to Ordinance #293 of the City of Pleasanton and the <br />matter duly considered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of Ordinance No. <br />293 peetaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3) That the CONDITIONAL ZOPdING PERMIT is hereby granted. subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a) That the existing buildings not shown on plot plan be removed; <br />b) Shat the house numbers for all houses be located visible from street: <br />c) That the existing garage as shown to be removed on plot plan may be moved . <br />if brought up to requirements of building code or a paved off street parking space to be <br />provided for 2 cars; <br />
