EXHIBIT Real property.in the City of Pleasanton, County of ,~meda, ~tate of-California, described as follows: A Public Service Easement for the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of public utilities and appurtenances thereto, in, under, along and across a strip of land 20 feet in width, the centerline being described as follows: Commencing at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel A as said Parcel A is shown on the map of Parcel Map 4759 filed September 15, 1986 in Book 164 at pages 30-33, Records of Alameda County, California, said southeast corner being also a point on the intersection of the northerly and northwesterly right-of-way line of Stanley Boulevard as said Stanley Boulevard is also shown on said Parcel Map 4759, thence from said point of commencement and along said northwesterly right-of-way line of Stanley Boulevard N41,18'30"E 102.46 feet to the beginning of a curve concave '- to the southeast having a radius of 4,724.74 feet, thence - northeasterly 151.34 feet along said curve through a central angle of 1.50'07" to a point at which a radial line of said curve bears N46.51'23"W, said point being also the point of beginning of this description, thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING and leaving said northwesterly right-of-way line of Stanley Boulevard N20g09'40"W 621.30 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly boundary of the aforesaid Parcel A and being the terminus of this description. Together with a 50-foot wide temporary easement for construction purposes, the centerline of said temporary easement being the above described centerline. Said temporary easement for construction shall terminate upon completion of the proposed construction and the acceptance thereof by the City of Pleasanton.
