<br />order at the City Ha11 on June 2, 1950, at 8:00 P.1~4.. Chairman Chris Fanifen presiding.

<br />On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by
<br />all Commissioners present, the minutes of blay 1, 160 ~•rere approved as forwarded.
<br />2~Ir. Ilorman Warno,-r then carne before the Planning Commission for a Public Hearing for a
<br />Conditional %oning Permit to erect a Service Station at the southwest coiner of 1st
<br />and Ray Streets. "ihe meeting was turned over to Vice-Charrman Mitchell, since Chair-
<br />man IIanifen is a Service Station Owner too. Discussion was held. On Motion of Com-
<br />missioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved 'cry all Commissioner
<br />present, RESOLU'PTO:d id0. 109 was granted.

<br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on application of ~iorman 4lornow, 496 `nest San Carlos
<br />Street, San Jose, California, filed S,7ay 12, 1960, for corunercial use.
<br />'Phe above described application having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance
<br />No. 293 of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing;
<br />Pi"OLd THF.ItEFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follovrs:
<br />1) A Public Hearing eras duly held on June 2, 1960.
<br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of Ordinance
<br />PIo. 293, pertaining to commercial uses have been met.
<br />~) That a Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted for a period of six (6)
<br />months, effective this date, subject to the following condition:
<br />a) The Service Station be constructed as sho~•m on the plot plan.
<br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forcaard copies of this Resolution
<br />to the applicant, city officers and any other interested parties.
<br />The meeting was then turned 'pack to Chairman Hanifen.
<br />I. J. Deetz then came before the P].anninrc Commission ~•rith his application for a
<br />Conditional Zoning Permit to erect a P,ubber Research and Engineering Plant, at 4-227
<br />Pleasanton Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Iand.on, seconded by Commissioner Lozano,
<br />and approved by all Commissioners present, Resolution IIo. 110 was granted.

<br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on application of ;I. J. Deetz, 4227 Pleasanton Avenue,
<br />Pleasanton, California, filed blay 12, 1960, for commercial use.
<br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance
<br />No. 293 of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing;
<br />'110W THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows:
<br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this matter.
<br />2) 'That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of Ordinance
<br />ido. 293, pertaining to commercial uses have been met.
