IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL4MEI41, STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br />MIIQU'PES <br />July 6, 1961 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called <br />to order by the Vice Chairman Philip Tendon at 8:00 P.M., July 6, 1961. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Antonini, Lozano and Rega. <br />Absent - Commissioner Mitchell. <br />Present - Fx-Officio Commissioner TJana <br />Absent - Ex-Officio Commissioners Hohn, Kamp and King. <br />Reorganization of the Commission rss held. On motion of Commissioner Tendon, <br />seconded by Coffiiseioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, Comm~ioner <br />Mitchell was re-elected as Chairman. <br />On motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved <br />by all Commissioners present, Commissioner Landon was re-elected as Vice-Chairman. <br />On motion of Vice-Chairman Tendon, seconded by Commissioner Rega, and approved <br />by all Commissioners present, the date of July 20, 1961 was set fora Public Hearing <br />on request of Stover & Bullard, Inc. for a 5' Variance from front yard setback re- <br />quirements in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) District at 71+7 Mirador Court. <br />On motion of Co~,i.ssioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Inzano, and approved <br />by all Commissioners pre~t, the date of July 20, 1861 was set Por a Public Hearing <br />on request of Walter McCloud for a variance from Article 13 in order to place a <br />temporary dwelling in the form of a trailer to the rear of 431+0 Railroad Avenue, in <br />a C-G (General Commercial) District. <br />Seorete,ry Fales advised the Commission of the League of California Cities Conference <br />to be held in San Francisco from October 22 to 25, 1961. <br />On motion of Vice-Chati~man Tendon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and approved <br />by all, the meeting was adjourned st 8:20 P.M. to meet again July 20, 1961 at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />
