IN THE Pu?NNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASAN'TON <br />COUNTY 0;.+ AL"- [•'T:)_A <br />STATE OF CP.LiFURPIIA <br />N;.T.NUTFS <br />October 5, 1961 <br />The regularly schedu~.ed meet in of the Planning Commission was called to <br />order by the~~`hairman ~~ r°"' ,~~ at 8:00 P.M., on the above date. <br />ROLL CALL showed present: Commissioners Antonini, Landon, Rega and ' =_`___.'' <br />Ex-Officio Commissioner Dana <br />Absent Commissioner3Lozano~ M~7crlcc.~ '~` <br />Ex-Officio Commissioners Hohn, Kamp and King <br />On motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Rega and ap- <br />proved by all Commissioners present, the Minutes of September 21, 1961 were <br />approved as forwarded. <br />Mr. Hugh Handly then came before the Commission with his application for <br />a Variance of 1~' from section 18.603, Zoning Ordinance No. 309, 1n order to <br />construct a fence in the sideyard, corner lot, at 4426 Linda Way, in an R-1 <br />District. On motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Antonini and <br />approved by all Commissioners present RESOLUTION N0. 158 was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 158 <br />Whereas, the application of Hugh Handley, for a Variance from section 18.063, <br />for 1~', Zoning Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct a fence in the aideyard <br />corner lot, at 4426 Linda Way in an R-1 district, having cpme before this Com- <br />mission October 5, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309, as amended, the Planning Com- <br />mission dues hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />e. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said Ordinance do <br />exist. <br />2. The Variance is hereby granted. <br />3. A copy of This Resolutlon shall be sent to interested parties. <br />On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini and <br />approved by all Cotiplssioners present. October 19, 1961 was set as Public Hearing <br />Date for R. N. Jensen, for a Variance of 5' from Section 6.5 of Ord. No. 309, <br />Front Yard setback, in order to construct single family,,"i~i`ari R-1 District at <br />4115 Nevis Street. <br />Discueslon was held on Variance Applications. The Commission instructed <br />the City Engineer and City Administrator study the matter further. <br />There being no further b~:.ainess to come before the Commission, same was <br />adjourned to meet again October lq, 1961 at 8:00 P.M. <br />Secretary <br />
