CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-206 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES FOR CONNECTION TO <br /> CITY WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the Preannexation and <br /> Provision of Water Facilities and Services <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Jehovah's Witnesses, regarding their proprety at <br /> 10971 Dublin Canyon Road, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 2, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers - Brandes and Tarver <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENN~T~ R.
