CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-205 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH <br /> FRANK LEHANE AND MANNING JOEL FOR <br /> CONNECTION TO CITY WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the Preannexation and <br /> Provision of Water Facilities and Service <br /> Agreements between the City of Pleasanton and Frank <br /> Lehane regarding his property at 5466 Foothill Road <br /> and Manning Joel regarding his property at 5470 <br /> Foothill Road, copies of which are attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreements. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 2, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers - Brandes and Tarver <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br /> : E/T~'~.
