MINUTE S <br />of <br />THE p1EETING <br />of <br />THE PLANNING COYgff SSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />November 15, 1962 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />8:00 P,M. on Thursday, November 15, 1962, by Vice-Chairman Philip Landon. <br />ROLL CALL showed the following: <br />Present: Vice-Chairman Landon <br />Commissioners Lozano <br />Rega <br />Secretary Falea <br />Absent: Commisaionera Antonini <br />Wipfli <br />Ex-Officio Ramp <br />It w111 be noted that Ex-Officio Commissioners Dana and I~hn <br />arrived immediately following Poll Call, <br />On motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the minutes of the <br />meeting of November 1 were approved as presented and unanimously adopted by those <br />Commiasionera present. <br />Vice-Chairman Landon then reopened the public hearing, continued from the meeting <br />of November 1, on An Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton, Adopting Regulations for <br />the Development of Land as Subdivisions, Providing Procedures and Penalties for <br />the Violation Thereof, and Repealing All Other Ordinances in Conflict, Secretary <br />Fales was called upon to present changes which have been made is the final draft, <br />and he listed the following: <br />Page 1, Section 1.02 (second line): Change the word "corporation" to <br />"corporate", <br />Page 3, Section 2.02 (second line): Change the word "local" to "minor <br />residential". <br />Page 4, Section 2,08 (first line); Delete "LOCAL STREET". <br />Page 6, Section 4.08, Item I (fourth Line); Delete "the City of Pleasanton" <br />and substitute "Alameda County". <br />Page 11, Section 6,03 (f): "6,07 should be "6.05", and "6,08" should be <br />"6.09". <br />Page 12, Section 6,07 (fourth line): Change the word "Recorder" to "Clerk", <br />and following the words "who shall" add "process and", <br />Page 17, Section 7.05 (Table, line 5, 'Industrial Service Street"): Right-of- <br />way should be "64" instead of "80"; Pavement width should be "44" instead ' <br />of "60", (Line 6, "Residential Collector Street, Type A"): Right-of-way <br />should be "60" instead of "64"; Pavement width should be "40" instead of <br />"44" <br />Page 18, Section 7.Ob, Item 5 (second line): Insert the words "and alleys" <br />after "t¢iuor residential streets". <br />Page 22, Section 7.15, Item 8: Substitute a comma for period at end of <br />sentence and add: "and a lot depth in excess of three times the width <br />shall not be permitted". <br />
