MINUTE S <br />of <br />THE MEETING <br />of <br />THE PLANNING COY~II~IISSION <br />Pleasanton, Californi8 <br />December 20, 1962 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />8:00 P.M, oa Thursday, December 20, 1962, by Chairman Philip Landon, <br />ROLL CALL showed the followings <br />Present: Chairman Landon <br />Commieaionere Antonini <br /> Lozano <br /> P.ega <br />Secretary .Pales <br />Ex-Officio Dana <br />Absent: Commissioner Wipfli <br />Ex~Officio Hohn <br /> Kamp <br />On motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Lozano the minutes <br />of the meeting of December 20 were approved ae presented by unanimous vote of those <br />Commiaeionera present, <br />Chairman Landon then proceeded to the application of Mra, Anna Brown, 444 Division <br />Street, Pleasanton, fora Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, <br />in order to construct a 21-unit multiple dwelling upon property located at 484A and <br />484B Division Street., in an RG-15 District (continued from meetings of November 15 <br />and December 6), Mr, Vick Stuchlik presented revised plane which indicated <br />twenty-one unite rather than the original twenty-two unite, which, with the seven <br />existing unite, make a total of twenty-eight unite, and therefore forty-two parking <br />spaces are required (eliminating one parking apace from the original plans). Mrs, <br />Brown was also present in the audience, After considerable discussion by the Com- <br />mission regarding the safety measures necessary for enclosing the area in which the <br />swimming pool is planned to be installed, upon tmotion of Commissioner Antonini, <br />seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the following resolution was unanimously adopted <br />by those Commissioners present: <br />RESOLUTION N0, 196 <br />WHEREAS, application having been made, under Article 19, Ordinance No. <br />309, by Mrs. Anna Brawn, 444 Division Street, Pleasanton, for <br />a Zoning Permit with Sita Plan and Architectural Approval, in order to <br />construct a 21+unit multiple dwelling upon property located at 484A and <br />484B Division Street, in an RG-15 District, has coma before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFOP.E, BE IT <br />RESOLVID, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve said application for Zoning Permit, with Site Plan and <br />Architectural Approval, with the following conditions attached thereto; <br />1. Site drainage be installed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />2. The ability of the sanitary sewer in Division Street to <br />accept sewage from the development be ascertained and <br />approved by the City Engineer, <br />3. Sidewalk, curb, gutters and driveways be installed, where <br />needed, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />4.. Gates or fences be installed on all entrances to the inner <br />courtyard 1n order to limit access to the swimming pool. <br />
