Change street names as shown on map as follower <br />(1) Dolores Street to Dolores Drive, <br />(2) Sonoma Street Co Sonoma Drive, <br />(3) San Juan Drive to San Juan Way. <br />(4) San Carlos Way to Saa Carlos Drive. <br />(5) San Antonio Drive to San Antonio Stteet, <br />(6) Pleasanton Boulevard to Sunol Soulevaidt <br />d. Grading plans be submitted to a degree fequited by Che City Engineer. <br />e. As a condition of apprdval it is agreed ghat the pity Engineer is author- <br />ized to modify the City's existing Standard Specifications and Details to <br />allow modern materials, methods and design criteria as may be required <br />for this development. Some specific modifications are as follows: <br />(1) Specifications for sewer and water pipe shall be modified to allow <br />newer type joints. <br />(2) Street name signs shall be modified to require white reflectorized <br />letters, block numbers and arrows on green coated aluminum sheeting <br />as previously approved by the Planning Conmieaion and City Council. <br />(3) Street structural design method shall be modified to require design <br />by California R-Value method using the following Traffic Indices and <br />minimum A.C. surface courses: (Calculations, etc., to be submitted) <br />(a) Pleasanton-Sunol Road - T.I.a 8, A.C,° 3". <br />(b) Mission Drive - Pleasanton-Sunol Road to Sonoma - T,I.= 7, <br />A.C.= 3". <br />(c) Sonoma Street - Pleasanton-Sunol Road to San Carlos Way - <br />T,I.= 6, A.C,= 2§". <br />(d) Mission Drive - Dolores to Sonoma; Capistrano St.; Sonoma St, - <br />Misaion to San Carlos - T.I.a 5S, A.C.= 2". <br />(e) Dolores St.; San Antonio Dr,; Saa Carlos Way; Frontage road on <br />Pleasanton-Sunol Road southerly from Mission Drive - T.I,= 5, <br />A.C.= 2". <br />(f) Mission Drive - Sonoma to revised tract boundary; San Joae Drive; <br />San Juan Drive - T.I.° 4, A.C.= 2". <br />(g) Frontage Road on Pleasanton-Sunol Road northerly from Mission <br />Drive - T.I.= 3'~, A,C,= 2", <br />(h) San Gabriel Ct.; San Luis Ct.- T.I.° 3, A.C.= 2", <br />(4) Reference shall be made to 1960 Standard Specs. of State Division of <br />Highways rather than 1954 edition, particularly in reference to road- <br />way materials. <br />f. The electrical system shall be "codified underground" as shown on the at- <br />tached sketch, with street lighting meeting the Illuminating Engineer's <br />Society specifications. 20,000 lumen mercury vapor lights shall be in- <br />stalled on Pleasanton-Sunol Road for ~ the roadway lighting plus additional <br />safety lighting at the interaeetiona, if required. <br />2. <br />
