IInder Matters for the Infoxmatioa of the Commission, Mr. False suggested to the <br />Commission, and will bring up the matter at the Council meeting of May 6, that a <br />regular joint monthly meeting of the Council end Planning Commission be established <br />is order to bring liaison thinking together. Chairman Landon suggested haviag a <br />joint meeting prior to a regular City Council meeting, <br />Mr, Falea preeented to each member of the Commission a copy of a map of the In- <br />dustrial Park Area south of Bernal Avenue, The City Engineer's analysis and recom- <br />mendation is to connect Bernal Ave., Minnie St, and Pleasanton-Sunol Foad, This <br />will require removal of two houses and the Ali sal Dairy Bar. This recommendation <br />has been made with consideratfon for the downtown area and Vineyard Avenue realign- <br />ment. This would generally follow the existing General Plan, It was decided the <br />Commission would study this matter and continue it to the meeting of May 16, <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion by <br />Commissioner Llipfli, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the meeting was adjourned at <br />10:59 P.M,, to meet again on Thursday, May 16, 1963, at 8:00 P,M. <br />
