CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-202 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR GOLDEN EAGLE FARMS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-85-15-1M WHEREAS, Golden Eagle Farms has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 210-unit residential project to allow for a special events/conference center to be established at the facility approved for a clubhouse (Bernal Adobe) to be located at 1780 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 2, 1989, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD-85-15-1M; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 17, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 2, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-85-15-1M, the application of Golden Eagle Farms for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 210-unit residential project to 'allow for a special events/conference center to be
