Upon motion of Commissioner T•]ipfli, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the folloering resolution was unanimously adopted by those Commissioners present: P.ESOLUTION N0. 248 WHEREAS, the matter of compliance with Zoning Permit No. Z-62-19, issued December 20, 1962, Co Mrs. Anna Brown, pertaining to the construction of multiple dwelling units at 484A and 484B Division Street, has come before this Commission; NOS3, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that amendment to the above-described Zoning Permit be authorized substituting a modified cff•-street par!cing plan from the one previcusly approved, with the condition that the size of each parking apace, ingress and egress be ~rorked out to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the City Attorney. Mr. Falea stated that Y4ra. Brosm has illegally rented three apartmenta.The staff har sympathy fox the tenants; hocuever, as of this date all utilities have been dis- continued. Mr. Rally, one of the tenants, was present in the audience and stated the predicament in ~-~hich he finds himself without utilities. There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Wipfli, the meeting was adjourned at 9:59 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, October 23, 1963, at 8:00 P.M.
