Mr. Fales stated if the traffic is or_e-c~ay on:cy, the ata£f recommends the plan be <br />accepted ae an amendment to the Zoning Permit provided there is compliance to all <br />other aspects of the Zoning Peewit. The ormer must provide ingress, egress and <br />parking spaces in accordance frith the Zoning Permit as issued, and it is the owner's <br />responsibility to provide 42 parking spaces. Upon motion of Commissioner T•]ipfli, <br />seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the folloering resolution was unanimously adopted <br />by those Commissioners present: <br />P.ESOLUTION N0. 248 <br />WHEREAS, the matter of compliance with Zoning Permit No. Z-62-19, <br />issued December 20, 1962, Co Mrs. Anna Brown, pertaining <br />to the construction of multiple dwelling units at 484A and <br />484B Division Street, has come before this Commission; <br />NOS3, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that amendment to the above-described Zoning Permit be <br />authorized substituting a modified cff•-street par!cing plan <br />from the one previcusly approved, with the condition that the size of <br />each parking apace, ingress and egress be ~rorked out to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer and the City Attorney. <br />Mr. Falea stated that Y4ra. Brosm has illegally rented three apartmenta.The staff har <br />sympathy fox the tenants; hocuever, as of this date all utilities have been dis- <br />continued. The City must enforce the Ordinance, and the property otmer is response=• <br />ble. Mr. Rally, one of the tenants, was present in the audience and stated the <br />predicament in ~-~hich he finds himself without utilities. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Wipfli, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 9:59 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, October 23, 1963, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
