RESOLUTION N0. 287 WNEREAS, the Planning Commission on its own motion has considered amendments to Sections 7.601, 8.601, 9.b01, 10.b05, 11.604, 12.602 and 13.602 of Ordinance No. 309; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council that the above-named sections which now read! "Site plan and architectural approval required for all uses", be amended to read as follows: "Site plan, architectural and landscaping approval required for all uses." Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning Com- miesion for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 in order to assign zoning dietricte to the area of Annexation No. 32, Roee Annex. Mr. Ted Fairfield, of MacKay and 5ompa, representing both the Delucchi property and Roae Ranch, was present in the audience. It was moved by Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and carried, that the public hearing be closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of those Commieaionere present: RESOLUTION N0. 288 RESOLVED: The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council amendment of Ordinance No. 309 in order to provide zoning dietricte for the area of Annexation No. 32, Rose Annex, ae follows: 1. For the area of Tract 2595 (Delucchi property) approved March 11, 19b4: R-1 District. 2. For all of the remaining area of Annexation No. 32, assign- ment of the (A) Agriculture District zoning. Chairman Landon then opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 in order to assign zoning districts to the area of Annexation No. 33, Vineyard Ave. Annex "A". There being no comment from the audience, it was moved by Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Raga, and carried, that the public hearing be closed. Mr. False stated an annexa- tion agreement has been entered into with Mr. A.G. Overpack. Upon motion of Com- misaioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of those Commissioners present: RESOLUTION N0. 289 RESOLVED: The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby recom- mend to the City Council amendment of Ordinance No. 309 in order to provide zoning dlatricta for the area of Annexation No. 33, Vineyard Avenue Annex "A", as follows: 1. C-T (Co:mnercial Thoroughfare) District for all 33+ acres within this annexation, with the provision that the property will be developed as a Mobile Home Park under Conditional Uae Permit.
