RESOLUTION N0. 287 <br />WNEREAS, the Planning Commission on its own motion has considered amendments <br />to Sections 7.601, 8.601, 9.b01, 10.b05, 11.604, 12.602 and 13.602 <br />of Ordinance No. 309; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the <br />City Council that the above-named sections which now <br />read! "Site plan and architectural approval required <br />for all uses", be amended to read as follows: <br />"Site plan, architectural and landscaping approval <br />required for all uses." <br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning Com- <br />miesion for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 in order to assign zoning dietricte to <br />the area of Annexation No. 32, Roee Annex. Mr. Ted Fairfield, of MacKay and 5ompa, <br />representing both the Delucchi property and Roae Ranch, was present in the audience. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and carried, <br />that the public hearing be closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lozano, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of those <br />Commieaionere present: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 288 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby recommend <br />to the City Council amendment of Ordinance No. 309 in order to <br />provide zoning dietricte for the area of Annexation No. 32, <br />Rose Annex, ae follows: <br />1. For the area of Tract 2595 (Delucchi property) approved <br />March 11, 19b4: R-1 District. <br />2. For all of the remaining area of Annexation No. 32, assign- <br />ment of the (A) Agriculture District zoning. <br />Chairman Landon then opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning <br />Commission for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 in order to assign zoning districts <br />to the area of Annexation No. 33, Vineyard Ave. Annex "A". There being no comment <br />from the audience, it was moved by Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner <br />Raga, and carried, that the public hearing be closed. Mr. False stated an annexa- <br />tion agreement has been entered into with Mr. A.G. Overpack. Upon motion of Com- <br />misaioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was <br />adopted by unanimous vote of those Commissioners present: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 289 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby recom- <br />mend to the City Council amendment of Ordinance No. 309 in <br />order to provide zoning dlatricta for the area of Annexation <br />No. 33, Vineyard Avenue Annex "A", as follows: <br />1. C-T (Co:mnercial Thoroughfare) District for all 33+ acres <br />within this annexation, with the provision that the property <br />will be developed as a Mobile Home Park under Conditional <br />Uae Permit. <br />The next Item on the agenda was the application o~ IJm. J. Jacobson, 221 Junipero <br />St., for. a Zoning Permit in order to lnetall an advertizing sign 47 feet in height <br />upon Lot 1, Tract No. 2517, 5302 Sunol Blvd., In a C-II District.
