The <br /> repor~ describes .~he major issues and the <br /> P~C potions. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Meters of the Council: <br /> <br />The Pleas~on ~lt~al~s Co~cil (P~C) was initiall~ <br />established b~ the City's ~ark and Recreation Department to <br />assis~ in ub=aining f~ding for construction of a Cult~al ~s <br />Center in ~e City which was dedicated in 1971. The P~C's <br />c~ren= activities revolve around implyending and supporting a <br />m~iad of cultural activities for a variety of cultural gruups <br />t~oughou~ the valley. However, their prima~ goal is to ensue <br />provision of cultural programs in Pleasan~on. The PCAC wen~ <br />before your Council with a re~es~ to establish a prog~ for ~t <br />in-Public Places on Janua~ 17, 1989.
