The next item on the agenda was the discussion of possible C-0 use on the east <br />side of Sunol Blvd. (Wm. Marsh). This matter was put over Co the meeting of <br />January 13, 1965, and a request was made to obtain a report from Livingston and <br />Blayney concerning this matter. <br />The next item on the agenda was the discussion of expansion of garage use, Main <br />Street (Mr. Hopkins, J & J Auto Repair, 825 Main Street). The Commission indicated <br />they do not desire expansion of the garage use on Main Street. Mr. Hopkins was <br />not present in the audience and the matter was set aside. <br />Chairman Landon suggested that a separate sign ordinance be formulated. Mr. Falea <br />suggested that Livingston and Blayney be requested to present a sign ordinance. <br />The Commission then instructed Mr. Fales to contact Livingston and Blayney to secure <br />a possible sign ordinance. <br />Commissioner Lozano mentioned the water and mud getting onto certain parcels of <br />land from the Bevilacqua Tract. Mr. Fales stated ha would hav= a survey made of <br />this situation. <br />At this time, an informal resolution was made by Commissioner Lozano, seconded by <br />all, to wish each and everyone a Merry Christmas. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Com- <br />missioner Antonini, seconded by commissions: I~sone, and carried, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:00 P.M., to meet again at a special moeting nu .7aavnry 6, 1965, <br />relative to General Plan Public Hearing. <br />
