EXHIBIT "A" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-521 <br /> City Council <br /> December 12, 1989 <br /> <br /> 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the <br /> site plan and elevations, Exhibit A (dated October 30, 1989), <br /> on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That at no time shall any roof mounted equipment of any type <br /> (vents, fans, antenna, air conditioning units, etc.), extend <br /> above the roof parapet. <br /> <br /> 3. That all applicable City permits shall be obtained prior to <br /> the commencement of construction. The applicant shall also <br /> file and record a Parcel Map for the subject site prior to <br /> the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall construct the common access driveway on <br /> Hacienda Drive with the site improvements for the <br /> development. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall enter into an agreement assigning powers <br /> and responsibilities for the maintenance of the common access <br /> driveway. This agreement shall be submitted to the city <br /> attorney for approval prior to the filing of the Parcel Map. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall create a permanent non-revokable access <br /> easement across the common access driveway. Said easement <br /> shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> <br />7. That any future building addition shall be designed to <br /> substantially match the existing project architecture and <br /> shall require separate Design Review approval. <br /> <br />8. That the electrical transformer and double check detector <br /> valves shall be located and screened so as not to be visible <br /> from public rights-of-ways. <br /> <br />9. That this project is subject to all "Standard Conditions of <br /> Development" incorporated by reference to this project except <br /> conditions No. 28, 29, 33, 46, 49, and 50. <br /> <br /> <br />
