CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-521 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SOUTH BAY CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVALAS DESCRIBED IN CASE PUD-81-30-49D WHEREAS, South Bay Construction and Development has applied for design review approval for a 23,168 sq. ft. R & D / office building for General Electric Plastics Division in the Hacienda Business Park at 4160 Hacienda Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the rezoning and development plan of the subject site, (PUD-81-30), including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held December 12, 1989 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of South Bay Construction and Development Co., Inc. for design review approval or a 23,168 sq. ft. R & D / office building for General Electric Plastics Division in the Hacienda Business Park at 4160 Hacienda Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
