Scope of Work <br /> Our services will consist of providing the following: <br /> <br /> A. Basic Services <br /> <br /> 1. Design Development Phase <br /> <br /> Meetings with staff, programming, research, <br /> preparation of schematics, preliminaries, Design <br /> Review application, attendance at Planning <br /> Commission meetings and revisions of applications <br /> as necessary. <br /> <br /> 2. Construction Document Phase <br /> <br /> Preparation of construction documents and <br /> specifications, etc. <br /> <br /> 3. Bidding Phase <br /> <br /> Obtaining of and review of bids in preparation <br /> for award of contract. <br /> <br /> 4. Construction Phase <br /> <br /> Normal construction administration with periodic <br /> visits to the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
