RESOLUTION N0. 522 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Sam Sansone, 4212 Silver Street <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, ArcPitectural <br />and Landscape Approval in order to construct an <br />addition to an existing structure at 728 Maia Street, <br />in a C-C District, has come before Chia Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Evidence be submitted indicating that the two <br />parcels have been combined. <br />2. Standard driveway be constructed according to <br />City standards. <br />3. 1Wo street trees be installed. <br />The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2842, <br />Pleasanton Valley. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which stated the con- <br />ditions recommended for approval. Mr. Dudley Frost was present in the audience and <br />concurred with the staff report. After discussion by the Commission, upon motion <br />of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution <br />was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 523 <br />WHEREAS, the application for approval of Tentative Map, <br />Tract 2842, Pleasanton Valley, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, TtD;REFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved <br />with conditions as stated in report to Planning <br />Commission ae amended, dated February 23, 1966. <br />The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2844, <br />Pleasanton Valley. After discussion by the Commission, upon motion <br />of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 524 <br />WHEREAS, the application for approval of Tentative Map, <br />Tract 2844, Pleasanton Valley, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOId, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with <br />conditions as stated in report to Planning Commission <br />as amended, dated February 23, 1966. <br />There were no referrals from Alameda County. <br />Under Matters for the Information of the Commission, Commissioner Johnston asked a <br />question relative to property lines. Commissioner Plato spoke on the master plan <br />for parking in the downtown area. Chairman Landon spoke on the subject of usable <br />open space and suggested that possibly there should be an amendment to the Zoning <br />Ordinance now under Site Plan Approval whereby the Planning Commission may require <br />usable open space in RG Districts, together with an adequate screened garbage area. <br />There were no Reports of Commission Co~itteea. <br />There were no Matters Initiated by Commission Members. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, and carried, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:07 Y.M., to meet again on Wedne~y, March 9, 1966y~at 8:00 P.M. <br />Secretary <br />
