RESOLUTION N0. 522 WHEREAS, the application of Sam Sansone, 4212 Silver Street for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, ArcPitectural and Landscape Approval in order to construct an addition to an existing structure at 728 Maia Street, in a C-C District, has come before Chia Commission: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with the following conditions: 1. Evidence be submitted indicating that the two parcels have been combined. 2. Standard driveway be constructed according to City standards. 3. 1Wo street trees be installed. The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2842, Pleasanton Valley. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which stated the con- ditions recommended for approval. Mr. Dudley Frost was present in the audience and concurred with the staff report. After discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2844, Pleasanton Valley. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which stated the con- ditions recommended for approval. RESOLUTION N0. 524 WHEREAS, the application for approval of Tentative Map, Tract 2844, Pleasanton Valley, has come before this Commission: NOId, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with conditions as stated in report to Planning Commission as amended, dated February 23, 1966. There were no referrals from Alameda County. Under Matters for the Information of the Commission, Commissioner Johnston asked a question relative to property lines. Commissioner Plato spoke on the master plan for parking in the downtown area. Chairman Landon spoke on the subject of usable open space and suggested that possibly there should be an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance now under Site Plan Approval whereby the Planning Commission may require usable open space in RG Districts, together with an adequate screened garbage area. There were no Reports of Commission Co~itteea. There were no Matters Initiated by Commission Members. There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:07 Y.M., to meet again on Wedne~y, March 9, 1966y~at 8:00 P.M.
