RESOLUTION N0. 584 <br />WHEREAS, the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract 2860 <br />(Pleasanton Valley) has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named map be approved subject to <br />conditions, as annotated, listed in staff report <br />dated May 11, 1966. <br />There were no referrals from Alameda Couaty. <br />The next item on the agenda was Referrals from the City Council. Mr. Falea pre- <br />sented the staff report from Livingston and Blayney on mixed lot sizes. After <br />much discussion on this matter, it was determined that a study aeasion should be <br />held on this subject. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner <br />Garrigan, and carried, it was determined to add this item to the suggested study <br />aeasion already requested to be set up by Mr. Fales. <br />The next Referral from the City Council was regarding General Plan Review Procedure. <br />Mr. Falea reviewed two letters relating to this subject which had been submitted <br />to the Commissioners. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner <br />Garrigan, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the following motion was <br />adopted. <br />MOVED: to recommend to the City Council to endorse this <br />policy of review with the idea that this be on a <br />yearly basis per letter dated May 19, 1966, from <br />James M. Falea, Jr, to John Blayney. <br />The next Referral from the City Council was the reconsideration, modification, or <br />revocation of the application of Shell 011 Company. It was stated that the City <br />Council had amended their former resolution and now asked the Planning Commission <br />to consider the landscaping and architecture; to rezone Cortez property to C-T <br />with exception of the panhandle to the east, which should be rezoned. Mr. <br />Chriatopoloua of Shell 031 Company was present in the audience. It was determined <br />to set a public hearing on the zoning in question. After further diacuasion, upon <br />motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 585 <br />WHEREAS, the application for landscaping and architectural <br />approval from Shell Oil Company, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved <br />and that the palm tree shall remain. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commisslon, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:05 P.M„ to meet again on Wednesday, June 22, 1966, at 6:30 P,M. <br />study session. <br />
