Term: <br /> <br /> This Agreement will commence on July 1, 1989 and continue for a <br /> one year period. Deltasystems will begin to provide these <br /> services on the date of this agreement. Any service provided <br /> after this agreement has expired will be billed at the rates <br /> specified in Products and Services, Section 8. <br /> <br /> Governinq ~aw: <br /> <br />This Agreement and the construction, interpretation, and <br />enforcement hereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />Colorado and the United States of America. <br /> <br />Notices: <br /> <br />Any notice required or permitted to be given under the terms of <br />this Agreement shall be duly given if reduced to writing and <br />mailed first class or by international air mail to the other <br />party at the address shown on the first page of this Agreement or <br />at such other address as such party from time to time may <br />indicate by written notice given to the other party hereto. Any <br />such notice shall be deemed received on the data shown as the <br />delivery date on any applicable return receipt, or in the absence <br />of any such receipt, on the date actually delivered to the <br />appropriate address shown above.
