Eucalyptus globus comparti shall be changed to Eucalyptus Polyanthemos <br />spaced at 10 feet on center. <br />b. Ligustrum japonicum shall be changed to Ligustrum Lucidum spaced at <br />10 feet on center. <br />(4) Evidence shall be provided guaranteeing the access required by Condition <br />1)3 of UP-67-1 prior to issuance of Building Permit. <br />(5) Landscaping of access lot subject to approval of Director of Planning. <br />(6) Width of access driveway to be 24 feet of paving to City standards. <br />(7) One 5 foot walkway from parking area to Bonita to be provided on one side. <br />Referrals from the City Council. <br />Mr. Spink presented the matter of rezoning the property of D & V Builders, located <br />on Valley Avenue, from A to R-1 with regard to the location of the multi-family <br />area. After discussion on the matter, UPON MOTION ~ CODIIlISSIONER GARRIGAN, <br />SECOPIDED BY COMMISSIONER PLATO, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED TO RECOMMEND TO <br />THE CITY COUNCIL THAT TBE HIGH DENSITY AREA BE USED AS A BUFFER ZONB BETWEEN THE <br />ACTIVITY CENTER AND THE MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AREA. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 12:00 Midnight, to meet again on Wednesday, May 24, 1967, <br />at 8:00 P.M. <br />S retary . <br />
