Wednesday, October 26, 1967, by Chairman Antonini. ROLL CALL showed the following: Present: Commissioner Carrigan Gibbs Plato Chairman . Antonini Secretary Castro Absent: Commissioner Arnold 4. Revisions and Omissions to the A&enda. The minutes were corrected as follows: under 4a, RZ-67-11, the word written shall be inserted before the words"comments from Mr. Ted Fairfield". Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the minutes were approved as corrected, by unanimous vote. Sa and 6a. Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Pleasanton Joint School District for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 6.301, for the construction of two new classroom buildings and remodeling of the existing building of Pleasanton Elementary School, located on 2nd and Abbie Streets in an R-1 District. It was decided to consider at the same time Z-67-69, appli- cation of the Pleasanton Joint School District for a Zoning Permit caith Site Plan and Architectural Approval for construction of two new classrooms located on 2nd and Abbie Streets. Mr. Castro recommended approval of the applications and presented the plans to the Commission. Upon motion of Commissioner Carri- gan, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. RESOLUTION N0. 722 WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton Joist School District for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 6.301, for the construction of two new classroom buildings and the remodeling of the existing building of Pleasanton Elementary School, located on 2nd and Abbie Streets in an R-1 District has come before this Co®ission: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved subject to the following condition: 1. That the Conditional Use Permit is granted for the land as described in the applica- tion and any attachment thereto, and as shown on the plot plan and elevation draw- ings submitted, labelled Exhibit "A". Z _67-_6.9.~ Pleasanton oint School District UPON MOTION OF CCTIl~fISSIONER GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY CD~IISSIONER GIBBS, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINBD THAT THE ABOVE NAMED APPLICATION BE APPROVED. Mr. Castro presented a verbal staff report and possible conditions if the applications were approved. Mr. Castro stated that after consultation with Mr. Patton, Director of Parka and Recreation, it was decided that the park dedication law was not applicable to trailer parks. Mr. Castro stated that at a preliminary meeting with Flood Control, they had no objections to the trailer park. He stated further that 10.4 dwelling units per net acre as proposed met the requirements of the RG-15 District. It was noted that 10-26-67
