V-67-48, John Tomah. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of John Toman, <br />4222 Bevilacqua Court, for a Variance to Sections 6.500 and 18.602 to allow <br />the construction of two patio decks, side deck to encroach 5 feet within the <br />required side yard setback, rear detached patio deck to encroach 2 feet within <br />the required rear yard setback, at the above address in an R-1 District. That the Variance is granted for the land as <br />described in the application and any attachment <br />thereto, and as shocun on the p1oC plan and ele- <br />vation drawings submitted, labeled Exhibit "A". <br />2. Rear deck shall be permitted to encroach 2 feet <br />within the required rear yard setback. <br />3. That the side deck shall be permitted to encroach <br />5 feet within the required side yard setback, <br />4. That construction of said deck shall be as shown <br />on the elevation drawing and subject to the <br />approval of the Building Department. <br />Sc. UP-67-19 Amador Valley Investors. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Amador <br />Valley Investors, 39955 Mission Boulevard, Fremont, for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow the construction of a private recreation facility on Lot 119, <br />Tract 2964 (Fairlands Unit 113) in an RG-25 District. ?•ir. Oakes, representing. <br />the Amador Valley Investors, concurred with the staff report. After further <br />discussion, upon the motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner <br />Garrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed.
