Road respectively, (UP-65-o, UP-65-x) has come <br />before this Co®ission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the sign shall be set back from Route <br />580 a minimum of 50 feet. <br />2. That the permit shall be issued for a period <br />of 2 years. <br />3. That the applicant must remove said signs upon <br />30 days written notice from the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />4. That the applicant shall provide suitable land- <br />scaping around the sign, subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director. <br />5. That the applicant shall reprint, repair and <br />reface the existing signs subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director. <br />Sf. UP-67-22, Perms Bilt Enterprise Company. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application, UP-67-22, of <br />Pexma Bilt Enterprises Company, 311 MacArthur Boulevard, San Leandro, for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allo~~ the conversion of the garages at 795 Neal <br />and 798 Neal Place as temporary tract color and sample selection rooms, and <br />sales office. Mr. Hornberger, representing the applicant, agreed to the <br />suggested conditions. Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Plato, and carried, the public hearing was closed. Z-67-83, Harrv Didio. <br />Next was the application of Harry Didio, 942 Santa Rita Road, to re-locate a <br />beauty shop, presently located at 942 Santa Rita, to 943 Santa Rita Road, in a <br />C-T District. Mr. Corley, representing the applicant, stressed the importance <br />for the applicant to receive a decision on the application immediately to <br />allow him to inform his staff. Mr. Corley stated the lease on the building <br />caould expire the first of February, and asked that the application not be <br />continued along with applications of Union Oil Company. It was questioned <br />if there caould be adequate parking for the beauty shop when Union Oil Company <br />began to build. After further discussion, Mr. Corley agreed to continue the <br />application. UPON MOTION OP COMMISSIONER PLATO, SECONDED BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, <br />AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED TO CONTINUE THE APPLICATION, Z-67-83, TO BE <br />CONSIDERED CONCURRENTLY WITH THE APPLICATIONS OF UNION OIL COMPANY. <br />6d.
