CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-504 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> TRACT 5908, VICTORIA MRADOWS - <br /> BLACKBURNDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> Tract 5908, Victoria Meadows - Blackburn <br /> Development, has been completed and a maintenance <br /> bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:510); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 5908, Victoria Meadows - Blackburn Development, are <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON .DECEMBER 12, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br /> Peg~/kzid~o <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
