CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-500 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE/I-680 INTERCHANGE <br /> AUXILIARY LANES - NPID3-8901, AND <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO <br /> OLIVER DE SILVA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. on the Stoneridge <br /> Drive/I-680 Interchange Auxiliary Lanes, NPID3- <br /> 8901, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the Stoneridge Drive/I-680 <br /> Interchange Auxiliary Lanes is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $2,467.47 in favor of <br /> Oliver de Silva, Inc. in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> NPID3-8901. Ten percent (10%) of the total <br /> contract or $112,828.55 will be retained until <br /> thirty (30) days after filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
