ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br /> <br /> THIS ADD~NDUM TO LEASE dated December 21, 1987, made and entered <br /> <br />into this'__ day .of , __ by and between EARLY & SONS, <br /> <br />205 G Main' Street, Pleasanton, CA, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" <br />and CITY OF PLEASANTON, of 205 A Main Street, Pleasanton, CA, herein- <br />after referred to as "Lessee". <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> It is hereby agreed between Lessor and Lessee that said Lease <br />shall be modified as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.) Lease extended for two years to December 31, 1991. <br /> <br /> 2.) The total rent for this extension shall be $23,100.00, <br /> payable January through December 1990 - $925.00 per month and <br /> January through December 1991 - $1000.00. <br /> <br /> 3.) Per Paragraph 28, Option to Renew, Lessee shall have the <br /> option to renew the Lease for an additional two years. <br /> <br /> 4.) The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor as additional rental <br /> herein a pro rata share of any increase in property tax levied <br /> or assessed. against said property due to a change in law <br /> materially affecting the tax rate. <br /> <br /> 5.)
