CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-497 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1-680 SOUNDWALLS, <br /> PROJECT NO. 885082, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CAT~.ING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:500), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> 1-680 Soundwalls, Project No. 885082, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 12, 1989, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> 1-680 Soundwalls, Project No. 885082. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project contingent upon the funding approval of the <br /> California Transportation Commission (CTC). <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarvet, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peg~C/LF Ezidr~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
