CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-496 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF <br /> PT~ASANTON'S SHARE OF ADDITIONAL LOCAL <br /> MATCHING FUNDS FOR 1-580/I-680 <br /> INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton City Council has approved payment of <br /> $111,667 toward the local funding of Phase I <br /> improvements and to 1-580/I-680 Interchange, a <br /> Measure B Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an additional $67,000 of local funding will be <br /> required to fund the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the Tri-Valley Council meeting, Alameda County, <br /> Contra Costa County, Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, <br /> Livermore, and Pleasanton agreed to share the <br /> additional local cost equally. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br /> hereby resolve to pay one-seventh of the <br /> approximately $67,000 additional local costs, not <br /> to exceed $10,000, of the west to north connection <br /> at the 1-580/I-680 Interchange, and amends the <br /> 1989-90 budget accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> AT ST: . <br /> <br /> Peg . <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
