EXHIBIT "A" <br /> TO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-494 <br /> <br /> SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br /> FOR CITY ATTORNEY MICHAEL H. ROUSH <br /> <br />1. The annual salary for City Attorney Michael H. Roush is <br /> $79,200.00 commencing September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />2. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> A. Medical. Fully-paid premiums for either the City <br /> Blue Cross Plan, Foundation Health Plan, or the <br /> Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and prescription drug <br /> options. <br /> <br /> B. Post Retirement Medical Insurance. City Attorney <br /> shall be entitled to same post retirement medical <br /> insurance benefits as provided other management <br /> employees as described in the City of Pleasanton <br /> Management and Confidential Compensation Plan, <br /> Section 5, Paragraph 5.2. <br /> <br /> C. Dental. Fully-paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> D. Life Insurance. Fully-paid premiums for life <br /> insurance with a value equal to twice the annual <br /> salary of the employee. <br /> <br /> E. Lonq-Term Disability. Fully-paid premiums for <br /> long-term disability insurance. <br /> <br /> F. Holiday Leave. The holiday leave provisions as <br /> provided in the Management and Confidential <br /> Compensation Plan shall apply. <br /> <br /> G. Vacation. Fifteen (15) vacation days annually. <br /> <br /> H. Sick Leave. The sick leave provisions as provided <br /> in the Management and Confidential Compensation <br /> Plan shall apply. <br /> <br /> I. Administrative Leave. Seven (7) days <br /> administrative leave per fiscal year, to be <br /> reimbursed twice each year, January and July, if <br /> not taken. <br /> <br /> J. Credit Union. Payroll deduction available to <br /> participate in City and County credit union. <br /> <br /> K. Holidays. The same observed and floating holidays <br /> as provided in the Management and Confidential <br /> Compensation Plan shall apply. <br /> <br /> <br />
