CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-490 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING KARIN MOHRAS VICE <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints a Vice Mayor <br /> from among its members. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council does hereby appoint Karin Mohr <br /> to serve for a period of one year, until November <br /> 1990, as Vice Mayor of the City of Pleasanton and <br /> presiding member of the City Council in the absence <br /> of the Mayor. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 21, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg~2~/fzid~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
