CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-486 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE PUD-88-16, THE APPLICATION OF FRED HEMPY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 21, 1989, the City Council <br /> received the proposed negative declaration for <br /> the application of Fred Hempy for development plan <br /> approval to construct a four-parcel single-family <br /> residential project to be located on an approximately <br /> four acre site at 5226 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study concerning this proposal and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 21, <br /> 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity <br /> to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> Case PUD-88-16, the application of Fred Hempy for <br /> development plan approval to construct a four-parcel <br /> single-family residential project to be located on an <br /> approximately four acre site located at 5226 Foothill <br /> Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
