CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-485 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-89-16, THE APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 21, 1989, the City Council received the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-89-16, the application of Reynolds and Brown for Planned Unit Development major modification and design review approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail center and a future drive-thru restaurant located at the northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 20, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 21, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-89-16, the application of Reynolds and Brown for Planned Unit Development major modification and design review approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail center and a future drive-thru restaurant located at the northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
