CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-485 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE PUD-89-16, THE APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND <br /> BROWN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 21, 1989, the City Council <br /> received the proposed negative declaration for Case <br /> PUD-89-16, the application of Reynolds and Brown for <br /> Planned Unit Development major modification and design <br /> review approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail <br /> center and a future drive-thru restaurant located at the <br /> northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 20, 1989 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 21, 1989 <br /> at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case <br /> PUD-89-16, the application of Reynolds and Brown for <br /> Planned Unit Development major modification and design <br /> review approval for a 155,096 sq. ft. mixed use retail <br /> center and a future drive-thru restaurant located at the <br /> northwest corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
