CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-481 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST <br /> 1989 IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,570,182.15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of November 21, 1989, a <br /> · check register summary and Financial Report were <br /> presented to the City Council signifying <br /> expenditures for the month of August 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br /> were for approved functions of the City of <br /> Pleasanton which are necessary and proper expenses <br /> of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims for the month of August 1989, in the total <br /> sum of $6,570,182.15 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated August 31, 1989 has <br /> been reviewed and is hereby approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT T~E FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 21, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy~I~zldro ~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
