Exhibit "A <br /> Resolution No. 89-467 <br /> November 7, 1989 <br /> <br />1. That the acute care hospital, medical office building, <br /> central plant, and related Phase II improvements shall <br /> conform substantially to the site plan, elevations, and <br /> related materials, Exhibit A (dated October 5, 1989), on file <br /> with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That the periphery of the ground-level helipad shall be <br /> landscaped with a combination of large and small shrubs and <br /> ground cover in order to screen the area from all views from <br /> Andrews Drive. In addition, the applicant shall provide lawn <br /> and an irrigation system a minimum of 25' around the paved <br /> helicopter landing pad. Also, the remainder of the open area <br /> between the lawn and shrubbery shall be hydroseeded with <br /> groundcover or lawn. A final landscape plan showing these <br /> improvements shall be submitted for review and approval by <br /> the Planning Director prior to the issuance of building <br /> permits for any Phase II buildings. <br /> <br />3. That this approval shall also be subject to all of the <br /> conditions of approval of PUD-86-11 (Ordinance No. 1275). <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
