CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-464 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE RZ-89-10, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY. OF <br /> PI~ASANTON FOR PREZONING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 7, 1989, the City Council <br /> received the proposed negative declaration for Case <br /> RZ-89-10, the application of the City of Pleasanton to <br /> prezonean approximately 351 acre site located southwest <br /> of Castlewood Country Club and generally west of <br /> Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> Low Density/Rural Density Residential, "A" <br /> (Agricultural) District and the "P" (Public and <br /> Institutional) Districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 6, 1989 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 7, 1989 <br /> at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> Case RZ-89-10, the application of the City of Pleasanton <br /> to prezone an approximately 351.6 acre site located <br /> southwest of Castlewood Country Club and west of <br /> Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br /> Low Density Residential/Rural Density Residential, "A" <br /> (Agricultural) District and the "P" (Public and <br /> Institutional) Districts. <br /> <br /> <br />
