CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-464 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-89-10, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY. OF PI~ASANTON FOR PREZONING WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 7, 1989, the City Council received the proposed negative declaration for Case RZ-89-10, the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezonean approximately 351 acre site located southwest of Castlewood Country Club and generally west of Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density/Rural Density Residential, "A" (Agricultural) District and the "P" (Public and Institutional) Districts; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 6, 1989 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held November 7, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-89-10, the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 351.6 acre site located southwest of Castlewood Country Club and west of Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential/Rural Density Residential, "A" (Agricultural) District and the "P" (Public and Institutional) Districts.
