PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2804 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-86-6, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PREZONING WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an approximately 17 acre site located on the north side of Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus to the (Public and Institutional) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 25, 1986 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case RZ-86-6; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 20, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends the Negative Declaration for RZ-86-6 as herein described be approved. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
