PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2805 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-6, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PREZONING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 17 acre site located on the north side of <br />Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus to the <br />(Public and Institutional) District or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 25, 1986 , the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case RZ-86-6 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found the "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District an appropriate zoning <br />designation for both the City's intended use of the site <br />and the proposed General Plan designation (which would <br />be in effect upon completion of the annexation process). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends the approval of Case RZ-86-6, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br />approximately 17 acre site located on the north side of <br />Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus to the "P" <br />(Public and Institutional) District. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 25, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN <br />ATTEST: <br />Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />Commissioner Innes <br />None <br />None <br />Brian W.
