PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2$06 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE <br />PUD-85-17-1M APPLICATION OF PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT <br />COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Prometheus Development Company has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan to allow <br />for the development of a 456 unit multi-family <br />residential complex, to be located on an approximately <br />16.3 acre site in the area bounded by Andrews Drive, <br />Owens Drive, Old Santa Rita Road, and Tassajara Creek; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 25, 1986 , the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-85-17-1M; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 16, 1986 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends the Negative Declaration for PUD-85-17-1M <br />herein described be approved. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
