<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2808 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-7, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PREZONING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 11,700 square foot site from R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) District to the RM-4000 <br />(Multi-family Residential) District at 856 Palomino <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 11, 1986 the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case GP-86-4 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning that application; and <br />WHEREAS, Case GP-86-4 anticipated RM zoning for the subject site, <br />therefore, no new environmental consideration is given <br />to this rezoning application; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 23, 1986 <br />after considering all public testimony and <br />recommendation of the City staff, the Planning <br />Commission found RM-4000 zoning to be consistent with <br />the General Plan land use designation of "High Density <br />Residential." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends the approval of Case RZ-8G-7, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an <br />approximately 11,700 square foot site from R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) District to the RM-4000 <br />(Multi-family Residential) District for the property <br />located at 856 Palomino Drive. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 23, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Berger and Wellman ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />Larry Lindsey, Chairman <br />- 1 - <br />
