PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2808 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-86-7, APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR PREZONING WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an approximately 11,700 square foot site from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District to the RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) District at 856 Palomino Drive; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 11, 1986 the Planning Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative declaration for Case GP-86-4 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning that application; and WHEREAS, Case GP-86-4 anticipated RM zoning for the subject site, therefore, no new environmental consideration is given to this rezoning application; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 23, 1986 after considering all public testimony and recommendation of the City staff, the Planning Commission found RM-4000 zoning to be consistent with the General Plan land use designation of "High Density Residential." NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends the approval of Case RZ-8G-7, the application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 11,700 square foot site from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District to the RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) District for the property located at 856 Palomino Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
