PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2811 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR TRACT <br />5521, GREGORSON/SMITH <br />WHEREAS, Gregorson/Smith have applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 2.4 acre site into ten parcels, ranging in <br />size from approximately 7,215 sq. ft. to approximately <br />16,950 sq. ft. for the property located on the south <br />side of Flagstone Drive between Hillcrest Way and Forest <br />Hill Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 23, 1986, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Tract 5521; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the. <br />Initial Study dated July 15, 1986 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for prepared for <br />Tract 5521 as herein described be approved. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
