18. Any wells designated for abandonment or any wells encountered <br />during construction,-are to be destroyed in accordance with a <br />permit obtained from Zone 7 by calling (415) 443-9300. <br />19. That the haul route for all materials to and from this <br />development be approved by the City Engineer prior to the start <br />of any construction. <br />20. That the developer submit an erosion and sedimentation control <br />plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans prior to the <br />final approval of the development. <br />21. That the developer submit a dust control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans prior to the final approval of the <br />development. <br />22. That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and <br />channels not within the area of a dedicated public street or <br />public service easement approved by the City Engineer be <br />privately maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br />23. That approval of the water supply and distribution system be <br />withheld pending final design and until the developer has <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system meets both the immediate and long-range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />24. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross-connections control and backflow <br />prevention device programs required by the California <br />Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />25. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection <br />fees and the meter cost prior to Council approval of the <br />development for any water meters (irrigation meters) not directly <br />related to a building permit. <br />26. That approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants <br />be withheld pending final design, review by the Fire Marshal, and <br />final review by the City Engineer. <br />27. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld pending <br />final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is <br />adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, and meets <br />both the immediate and long-range requirements of the sanitary <br />system in this and all tributary areas. <br />
