PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2814 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR FALCON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-12-1M WHEREAS, Falcon Development Company has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan, located at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard, to reduce the number of lots, increase the minimum lot size, and add a neighborhood park. The City may do one or more of the above, consistent with the requirements of the General Plan; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 23, 1986, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-84-12; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 16, 1986, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Falcon Development as herein described. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. - 1 -
